RTS employs state-of-the-art technology to coordinate, manage, and schedule life-safety services. All customers are able to securely access the following information on the RTS website 24 hours a day:
- All active work orders and invoices by jobsite for the previous 24 months
- Active work order status (dispatched, ETA, completed pending invoice, paperwork received, etc)
- Inspection reports and other field reports (beginning in 2007)
- Weekly and monthly activity and open order status reports by jobsite and/or overall for customer
- SLA performance reporting
- Many other reports including custom reports developed specifically for certain customer
